SLU (8-10, 2-5) picked up their second C-USA win with a 65-57 victory over DePaul University (11-7, 3-4) at the Savvis Center (reported attendance, 10,241). Trailing 23-22 at the half, the Billikens were ignited by senior guard Marque Perry's (5) career-high 28 points, which included 13 of 14 free throws. The Billikens shot 49% from the field and 74% (14 of 19) from the charity line and won the battle of the boards 30 to 22. DePaul was led by junior forward Delonte Holland (5) and senior center Sam Hoskin (25) with 16 points each. The Blue Demons shot 46% from the field and 80% (16 of 20) from the free-throw line.


SLU senior guard Marque Perry (5) scored a career-high 28 points, 23 of which came in the second half. Perry also had 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Perry continued to lead the Billikens at the charity line, hitting 13 of 14 attemtps.


SLU junior forward Chris Sloan (33) contributed 13 points and 1 rebound. Eight of his points came in the first half, including this easy jam.
